SnapVDI product support provides customers the flexibility they require to meet their critical business needs. The standard SnapVDI Support Plan provides Next Business Day (NBD) hardware replacement and 24×7 phone support, while the SnapVDI Plus Plan adds 4-Hour Onsite hardware replacement for those customers requiring same day service. Both SnapVDI support plans come with SnapVDI S.O.S. – an automated email alert monitoring system.
SnapVDI support plans are offered in 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year terms with 1-year extensions available. All SnapVDI plans are supported from AmZetta’s headquarters in Atlanta, GA to provide customers with the highest quality and around-the-clock support in the storage industry.
